You may return your order within 10 days of receiving it.
Items that are unworn, unwashed or defective are eligible for return. It should be in the same condition you received it in.
You may return an item bought on sale.
We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the eligible return criteria.
Returns are at your own expense. However, if you are based in Joburg you may return your order yourself at our central location - simply DM us to arrange.
To initiate a return, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line “Return for Order #”. Please provide a description of what you will be returning and we will provide confirmation within 1-2 working days.
Once you have shipped the order, please email customer care with a tracking number. You are responsible for shipping or dropping off your return. Alternatively, we may assist by arranging our courier service to collect, resulting in a fee of R70 being deducted from your refund value.
After receiving and inspecting the item, you will receive an email confirming the outcome of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please allow time for this to reflect in your account.
Note: If you have received an incomplete order or defective garment, PLEASE inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Contact made after this window may leave us unable to assist.
